The RTSO.info or (RemoteTechSuportOnline.com) site, is a service/membership community.You can get lots of help here for FREE. We have full featured forums which will link you to some of the software we use in our daily operations.
Our service is very simple.
We take control of your computer using a software called HelpDeskVNC. We start out, by checking your administrative events viewer, and finding any errors that may be occuring, that you may not even know about. We will offer our experiences with settings that will increase your chances of resolving those errors.
Then, we run a registry cleaner on your system to ensure your computer isn't using valuable resources for useless items that have been removed or un-installed. We use that same software, to clean-up your boot-up processes to quicken your computer whenever you first turn it on.
Then, we use a program called "HiJackThis" to scan for and remove browser hi-jacking software, or unexplained items in your system from starting up in the background, that are usually hidden and can cause major degradation of your system's performance.
Our service has optional virus scanning, and future viral protection from Symantec. Generally speaking, if nothing has been cleaned out of your computer for even a few years, we can expect a performance increase of at-least 30-60%, depending on the issues we encounter, with-in a couple of hours.
The service side of our site, is designed to save you time and money. Allow our experts to resolve your computer issues remotely, at comparatively low costs to other alternatives. We utilize a full staff of technical experts, that can help you, in more ways than one.
